CD 30 Positive Large B Cell Lymphoma, Mimicking Metastatic Carcinoma: A Case Report

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma can selectively and predominantly infiltrate lymph node sinuses this pattern has been recognized as an unusual morphologic variant of entity. Sinusoidal lymphomas with CD30 expression are even more rare.We present a 63-year-old female, who came in chief complaint mass the axillar region for 2 months. The lymphnode ultrasound revealed multiple suspicious lymphadenopathes right upper jugular, both axilla inguinal sized 0.5 cm to 3 cm. HE staining from biopsy showed sinusoidal growth pattern, composed atypical cells, round oval nuclei, pleomorphic, prominent nucleoli, some bizzare cells mimicking hallmark we proposed it metastatic carcinoma differential diagnosis Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma, but immunohistochemical uncommon feature B Lymphoma CD 30 expression.
